In addition to the testing and tagging of appliances and outlets, it’s vital that your emergency lighting and alarms are tested frequently. Emergency lighting is required to be tested under Australian Standards 2293.2. As we test emergency lights, we recommend having your smoke alarms tested as well, so we can ensure they not only operate safely, but comply with current regulations stipulated by Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES).
